As you may be aware, Guardian is no longer available on the YoYo Television YouTube channel. We’re all hoping the takedown is in lead up to Guardian being licensed to a platform such as Viki or Dramafever, but until the show is once again officially available, the episode discussions will be on hiatus.

In the meanwhile, we have some more Canary Reports and part two of our In the Weeds feature coming your way, along with some new features in the works— keep an eye out!

I’ve heard you mention Nirvana in Fire a couple times, are you thinking about doing episode recaps for that? I’ve never seen it and am intrigued!

We have talked about doing episode recaps for Nirvana in Fire, but usually in the 'not right now' sense of things. Half of the Scholars Collective have already seen it all the way through and would need to emotionally prepare themselves, the ones who haven't seen it still know what we'd be getting into, and I personally will need to sublimate my urge to yell about anachronistic costuming and set decoration.

Hi, do you know if the YoYo TV accounts in different languages on YT are legit? Some of them have Guardian up to various eps. E.g. Spanish, English, Indonesian, Arabic(?).

The YoYo channel is back. You can search for Guardian YoYo on youtube and will find it again.

For some reason, ep 10 still shows as private, but maybe they just overlooked that one?

Will you continue the reviews then?

We are currently in the process of getting back in the swing of Guardian episode reviews--we had to do a lot of reordering of our scheduling when it was taken down, and we'd switched gears towards another show for episode reviews (check back on Monday for that poor life choice!).

Long story short, yes, we will be continuing with the reviews, but it will be on a different post schedule then anticipated.

I'm not picky about schedules or speed. I am still stuck on ep 25, because "pain". (And I keep wanting them to kiss so badly, I need to read a ton of fic for every ten minutes of drama time, so it's slow going. /o\)
